Robert is a CA (SA) and has more than 24 years consulting experience in business transformation. He has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in managing professional services firms and has a wide array of functional, technical and management experience and has led projects in Business Architecture, Systems Design and Implementation, Strategy, Business Planning and Budgeting, Transformation and Change Management in both the Private and Public Sectors. Robert has extensive experience in business strategy and improvement, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, system integration, design and implementation, transformation, change management and operational management. He has extensive practical experience in organisational and individual performance management, incentive scheme design, mentoring, coaching and capacity building of people and teams. Robert has facilitated many workshops and learning initiatives to all levels of staff in the Public and Private sectors.

Tebogo is an industrial marketer who honed his skills in different sectors for the past 23 years. His experience cuts across multiple sectors, having worked for large organisations in labour, mining, financial services, and telecoms throughout his career.

As a constant explorer of creating new market spaces and industry solutions, he ventured into private business and focused on designing several solutions based programmes for organisations, among which are the Strategic IQ for small businesses; Corporate Social Investment Audit Programme; and the first ever Municipal Payment Incentive Programme as a municipal revenue enhancement solutions for municipalities in South Africa. Tebogo sees technology as a state of mind required to develop rapid human development in all spheres.

Janet has experience in business improvement, and systems design, development and implementation. Janet has designed, developed and maintained systems to facilitate online collaboration and information sharing between users and various service providers as well as manage databases to facilitate the sharing of information through web-based systems. Janet has designed, developed and maintained an internet website, local intranet website and local secure website for a top legal firm. She has programmed the majority of the modules on Action Assist.
